We are always seeking good people and more specifically are looking for an experienced commercial project manager, site supervisor and laborers of varying skill levels. We are also always looking for new trade partners and sub-contractors.

Chinburg Properties’ main headquarters is housed in one of our award-winning mill renovation projects in Newmarket. It’s right next to the Lamprey River on the western side of Great Bay, in the heart of a quaint downtown area with recreational, shopping and dining opportunities. Other offices are located in Exeter and Dover, NH, and Amesbury, Mass.
