The Goal

To build and stage a model home to set the standard for a Chinburg residential community in Newmarket, NH. This home included many architectural details and quality finishes that set Chinburg homes apart from the competition within this price point, including: open concept living/dining room with vaulted ceiling, a hobby room and two family gathering rooms.

Our Approach

Chinburg’s team included skilled sales and design professionals that selected a home that would meet the desired cost for the market, and would show well for various types of buyers. A truly move-in ready home, buyers could easily imagine themselves settling right into the lifestyle and layout of the home.

Situated on a golf course, the plan and orientation were also chosen to maximize the views and to provide plenty of space for both individual hobbies and for family time. Once details were finalized, the Chinburg construction team was able to mobilize and the home was brought to completion within our standard of 90 – 120 days.
