About the Homes

Rockingham Green includes floor plans designed by Wendy Welton that range in size from 1,480 to 2,300 +/- sq. ft., and feature two-story living with layouts specific to the nature of the land. These homes feature a variety of Art Form Architecture designs such as the Sammie, the Balmalcolm and the Casey at the Beach.

The new homes are designed to be efficient with space in a tightly built envelope meeting ENERGY STAR standards, which as a result decreases energy costs and increases air quality and thermal comfort. Homes sit on small lots ranging from 0.2-0.45 +/- acres, which makes the yards easy to maintain but leaves plenty of room for gardens and landscaping. Although specific home plans have been selected, Chinburg Properties is a custom homebuilder, allowing buyers to customize every aspect of their home by working with them every step of the way.
