Chinburg Properties and its Newmarket Mills project were chosen to receive the Best Community Award from Plan NH’s Visualizing Density initiative. The goal is to promote and highlight great examples of dense development that cluster living in close areas combined with great lifestyle amenities that promote smaller environmental impacts.
