With a Quick Delivery Home, most decisions and selections have already been made and homes are nearly or already complete. Some are even furnished models so you can see how furniture will fit into your new space.

Quick Start Homes offer more options for making decisions about your new home. This is a collaborative approach and, depending on the lot and floor plans selected by the Chinburg team, the customer has opportunities to personalize the home.

With Collaboration Homes, you are able to choose from available floor plans, and all of our selections. You have chosen and most likely purchased a lot and you will work with our selections team to personalize your home within out Design Center.
