The Goal

Upgrading the Music Hall Loft space to meet the “flexible seating” requirement missing from the Historic Theater while providing a more intimate audience for performances and offering a beautiful and luxurious experience.

Our Approach

With a deep understanding of The Music Hall’s mission, the team at Chinburg worked closely with the team at The Music Hall bringing to life a modern and practical space. The updated space, formerly known as the Music Hall Loft, now features an open-concept, nightclub vibe with various flexible seating options, a bar, and a cozy fireplace. With the transformation of this small but mighty space, the Music Hall Lounge hosts comedy specials, films, up-and-coming singers and songwriters, and more.

Chinburg was awarded the 2023 NH Cornerstone Award from the NH Home Builder’s Association in the category of ‘Best Transformative Renovation over $250,000’ for our work at The Music Hall Lounge.
