The Cocheco Falls Millworks is undergoing major transformation. This historic complex of buildings located in the center of downtown Dover, NH now has a mix of brand new studio, loft, one and two bedroom apartments. The Mill has become a thriving mixed-use community with the addition of new apartments to the current mix of businesses and restaurants.

Out of courtesy for current tenants we need to provide 24 hours notice before showing an occupied space. We will return your call or email within one business day.
